Helping others and always being there for someone doesn’t truly make you a happy person. Happiness doesn’t really come from providing and kindness is not always the path to bliss. I will tell you why!
1. They too have desires
A kind person doesn’t kill his desires. Just like everybody else, kind people too have multi-layered temperaments. There are sure things that can satisfy your soul. What offers you joy depends upon the desires concealed inside you. Naturally, the smiles and blessings will carry a smirk of joy in your heart but you aren’t happy, you will also have a feeling of something missing inside.
2. Giving Too Much
Kind people believe in giving and they stop at nothing. They keep on giving beyond their own capacity. Sometimes their generosity gets them into trouble, they forget they have certain necessities as well and every time they walk an extra mile for someone, they’re putting themselves in mess. Although they don’t even expect anything in return for their kindness, but they lose check of when to stop. This fills them with pleasure for a while but in the long run, they do wish for something in return.
3. Expectations of fair treatment
They expect to be treated with the same kindness, which eventually leads to regret and disappointment. The world is very merciless and it isn’t as compassionate as the kind people think it is. This often upsets them and makes them hopeless.
4. Making Sacrifices
Caring people often suffer from sleep deprivation and don’t care about their comfort or health, and even leave their important work just to help others and make them happy. Nothing can stop them from their doings; in reality they are their own enemy.
5. Lack Of Self-Satisfaction
Kind people are never satisfied with whatever they do. And they get depressed when their resources don’t meet their willingness to help others. They work harder just so they can extend their hands to help anyone at anytime. They always desire to give more and more.
6. Over Thinking
The grief is a result of their brainpower. The problem with kind people is that when they not helping others or don’t have any work to do they start to over think. They scrutinize the socio-political situation of the world and think of all the distresses and depress themselves. And also they introspect quite a lot and most of the time ends up with a conclusion that they are not good enough. Feeling as if they are on an emotional rollercoaster.
7. They Work Too Hard
They are perfectionists. Kind people tend to put all their time and efforts in a single task. They do not realize that it’s not worth it.
8. Worrying If They Offended Someone
They always doubt their actions. So they regularly go over conversations in their head, worried if they accidently offended someone.
9. Kind People are Intelligent
Their intelligence does not allow them to be happy. Their minds are always busy in analyzing situations and their grave consequences. They ignore positive outcomes. Kind folks’ intelligence is escorted by depression. Kindhearted people are most likely intelligent and with these two powers come with an unwanted gift of sorrow.’
However, It Really Doesn’t Matter! Kindness Has Its Rewards.
Being nice to others has an emotional prize afar remorse and defeat. Every time somebody has a new lease on life given by a kind and caring person, the world takes a step in the right direction.
If you are a sympathetic person and feel like you have failed, just remember. Every action has a reaction; ripples are stirring throughout the world. You might be that someone who forms huge waves; makes great changes and improving life as we know it.
